After a few years working in the machining department, Dale quickly showed his skills and strengths and transitioned to leading our Engineering team. Dale’s role means being involved in the entire process from concept sketch to final installation, placing special emphasis on the logistical execution and complex design factors involved in preparing plans for production. With over 20 years of experience, Dale continues to be dedicated to learning, growing, and leading others with precision and passion.
